Terms for Local Drag Performer Submissions
- 1. Local Drag Performer Submissions (“Submission(s)”) to Hallelujah Piping, LLC (“Company") must be sent using the form on chappellroanshows.com.

2. By submitting a Submission, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. -
3. Your Submission must contain only information which is up-to-date, accurate, complete and not misleading. -
4. Your Personal Data (or Personally Identifiable Information) received by Company via your Submission shall be used solely for the selection process for the Performances (as defined below) in accordance with applicable law and shall not be held for longer than necessary. -
5. All fields on the Submission form must be completed and the form must be submitted by no later than the date for the applicable show (and in no case later than 11 October 2025). Company will accept only one Submission per person. -
6. Company will not accept Submissions that are automatically-generated or completed or submitted by any third party (or by or on behalf of more than one person). -
7. Submissions shall be reviewed by Company and if you are selected for participation in an event as a local drag performer (a “Performance”) you will be contacted as soon as practicable, using the details provided in your Submission. -
8. If your Submission is selected, Company shall contact you with information regarding the Performance, including an agreement containing all terms and conditions for your participation. -
9. If your Submission is selected and Company is not able to successfully contact you (or if no response is received within forty-eight hours), Company will offer the Performance position to another suitable Submission in its own discretion. -
10. Company’s decisions regarding Submissions are final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. -
11. To the fullest extent of applicable law, Company will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to you for any loss arising in connection with your Submission (except where it is caused by the gross negligence of Company). Your statutory rights are not affected. -
12. If Company believes that there has been a breach of these Terms, Company may at its sole discretion exclude your Submission and/or withdraw any offer in relation to a Performance. -
13. Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Submission process or amend these Terms at any time for any reason. -
14. These Terms are governed by New York Law and each of you and Company agree that any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the State of New York.
